I think the author tries to refer the Black Tea. We the Indian actually drink either English Tea (British style Milk Tea) or pure Black Tea (sometimes with Lemon or Ice). I thought Chinese actually used to drink Green Tea. Tell me if I am wrong. Tell me one more thing. If I mix Milk with Black Tea, does the Milk chemically reacts with Black Tea and reduces its herbal quality or just boosts its taste, nothing else.
