1. I don’t know what you should do physically for loosing the weight. But I have something for you, which help you to reduce your weight mentally and bring your lost smile. 2. To loose weight on the tummy one has to do abs as this area has stubborn fat. It should be done under supervision so that you dont hurt your back or strengthen exercise/do yoga for your back for 2/3 weeks and then start working on your abs gradually.   - Posted by san on 5/3/2013 4:19:04 PM

4. hi ! here is the tested and not so tough exercise ..go through the steps..1.liedown on the floor with shoulders to your side in easy mode 2.lift both legs to 90 degree exhaling breath ,stop as per your appetite 3.change to 45 degree,stop there as per your wish 4.change to 15 degree ..all this without any direct or indirect help.. 1 minute to 10 minute as per own stamina   - Posted by munna on 5/3/2013 9:59:28 PM
5. next one... 1.liedown in normal mode then bend your knees bringing your ankle near to your hips then lift your head with support of your both palm cups as if trying to touch your knees with your nose ....MOST IMPORTANT.> if you have lower backbone problem then dont do it   - Posted by munna on 5/3/2013 10:06:39 PM
6. Dhanur-asana is the best exercise and once you are in action, try to do sea-saw keep the position same. Do sea-saw 10 to 15times. I promise, you will get result.
