By accessing or using the website magiklife.com (“Website”), registering for any bootcamp, workshop, course, or service offered by Magiklife – Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”), or submitting your personal details through any form on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website or register for any services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. Description of Services

Magiklife – Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited offers the following services through this Website:

  • Online bootcamps and workshops (e.g., Dissolve Your Anger — 4-Hour Online Intensive Bootcamp)
  • Break the Toxic Cycle of Relationships (BTTC) — 2-Day Online Intensive Bootcamp
  • Advanced courses including Quanta Transformation Therapy (QTT)
  • Emotional healing sessions using Quanta Therapy, Past Life Healing, and Subconscious Belief Work
  • Other emotional healing and personal development programs offered from time to time

 

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or such other platforms as communicated at the time of registration. Details of each program including date, time, language, and price will be published on the Website and may be updated without prior notice.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3.2 Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway provider. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

 

3.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with session details after successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

 

4. Health, Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

The services offered on this Website — including but not limited to Quanta Therapy, Past Life Healing, Subconscious Belief Work, and breathwork — are complementary and alternative wellness practices. They are:

  • NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • NOT intended to cure, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition
  • NOT regulated under any statutory medical or psychological framework in India

 

By registering for any session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
  • You have consulted or will consult a qualified medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns before participating
  • Results from emotional healing or therapy sessions vary from individual to individual and are not guaranteed
  • The Company bears no responsibility for outcomes, health changes, or experiences resulting from participation in any session

 

If you are currently under the care of a psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical doctor for a serious condition, please obtain their approval before attending any session.

 

5. Session Conduct & Participant Obligations

By registering and attending any session, you agree to the following:

  • You will join the session from a quiet, private space to maintain focus and confidentiality
  • You will not record, screenshot, reproduce, or share any part of the session without explicit written permission from Magiklife (Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited)
  • You will treat other participants and the facilitator with respect; abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the session without refund
  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device for Zoom participation
  • You understand that sessions involve guided processes, breathwork, and subconscious work, and you participate voluntarily

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and in all sessions — including but not limited to the names “Quanta Transformation Therapy”, “Quanta Therapy”, “Dissolve Your Anger”, “Break the Toxic Cycle of Relationships”, and “Magiklife”, all course materials, session recordings, presentations, guided processes, worksheets, and branding — is the intellectual property of Priyadharshini Visweswaran (Creator) and is operated and delivered exclusively by Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited (Magiklife) under licence from the Creator.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Website or our sessions
  • Use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
  • Teach, conduct, or sell any program or process substantially derived from our methods or materials

 

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited (Magiklife), its Directors, employees, and associates shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits in connection with attending any session or using this Website
  • Any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual outcomes arising from participation in our programs
  • Any technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions during online sessions

 

Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7.1 Waiver of Right to Legal Action

By registering for or participating in any program, service, bootcamp, workshop, or course offered by Magiklife (Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited), you unconditionally and irrevocably agree that you shall not, under any circumstance whatsoever, initiate, file, pursue, or threaten any legal action, lawsuit, arbitration proceeding, consumer complaint, regulatory complaint, or any other legal or quasi-legal claim against:

  • Magiklife and/or Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited (the “Company”);
  • Priyadharshini Visweswaran, Director and Founder of Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited, in her personal or professional capacity;
  • Rajkumar Sunder Raju, Director of Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited, in his personal or professional capacity;
  • Any employee, associate, representative, contractor, or affiliate of Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited or Magiklife.

This waiver applies to all claims of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, consumer protection, or otherwise, and in connection with any personal, emotional, psychological, financial, or physical outcome resulting from participation in any program offered by the Company. This clause constitutes a material condition of your participation and acceptance of these Terms.

 

8. Third-Party Platforms & Links

Our sessions are hosted on Zoom and may involve links to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party platform. Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

 

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

11. Non-Disclosure, Confidentiality & Programme Agreement

By paying for and enrolling in any of our programmes — including Dissolve Your Anger (DYA), Break the Toxic Cycle of Relationships (BTTC), and Quanta Transformation Therapy (QTT) — you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to the following Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality obligations, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. These obligations apply immediately upon payment and registration and continue indefinitely unless explicitly released in writing by the Company.

11.1 Confidentiality of Session Content and Participant Information

Sessions under DYA, BTTC, and QTT involve sensitive personal disclosures in a group or community environment. You agree to maintain strict and permanent confidentiality regarding:

  • Personal experiences, emotional disclosures, and reflections shared by other participants within the programme environment;
  • Group discussions, session content, guided processes, and all material shared within the programme;
  • The identities, circumstances, and personal details of fellow participants.

This confidentiality obligation applies indefinitely, including after completion or exit from the programme.

11.2 Prohibition on Recording

You are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or capturing any live session, guided process, group discussion, or meditation in any format. Any official session recordings provided by the Company for your personal learning may not be downloaded, shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form. All recordings remain the exclusive property of the Creator and the Company.

11.3 Non-Compete and Method Replication Restriction

You agree that you shall not replicate, reproduce, teach, modify, adapt, or commercially exploit the methodologies, frameworks, processes, scripts, or course structures of any Magiklife programme (including DYA, BTTC, and QTT) in any form or medium. You may not create programmes, workshops, courses, or trainings that derive from, imitate, or are substantially similar to any Magiklife or QTT framework. Any such activity will constitute intellectual property infringement and may attract civil and criminal legal action.

11.4 Brand Protection

You may not use the following names, marks, or designations for any commercial, promotional, educational, or teaching purpose without the prior written permission of the Company:

  • Magiklife;
  • QTT – Quanta Transformation Therapy;
  • Dissolve Your Anger (DYA);
  • Break the Toxic Cycle of Relationships (BTTC);
  • Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Private Limited.

You may not represent yourself as a facilitator, practitioner, certified trainer, or authorised representative of any of the above programmes unless formally authorised in writing by the Company.

11.5 Participant Community Conduct

Within all programme communities across DYA, BTTC, and QTT, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to obtain personal contact details of other participants without their explicit consent;
  • Sharing participant details, personal disclosures, or session content with third parties;
  • Using the programme community for financial solicitation, sales, or promotional purposes;
  • Causing emotional distress, harassment, or disruptive behaviour toward other participants or the facilitator.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund and may attract legal action.

11.6 Right to Remove Participants

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from any programme (DYA, BTTC, or QTT) at any time, at the sole discretion of its Directors, including for breach of confidentiality, violation of programme rules, harmful or disruptive behaviour, or misuse of course materials. Removal may occur without refund.
