CANCELLATION POLICY

Governing cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of all sessions and programs

1. Overview

Given the nature of online digital services and the advance preparation required for each session, the following policy applies to all bootcamps, workshops, courses, and individual sessions offered by Magiklife.

 

2. Cancellation by Participant

2.1 Before the Session

  • Cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before session start: You may request a credit note valid for 90 days toward any future program. No cash refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of session start: No refund or credit note will be issued.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email with your full name, registered email, and program name.

 

2.2 Non-Attendance

  • No automatic refund will be issued for non-attendance.
  • Where a session recording is made available, you may request access within 48 hours after the session as a goodwill substitute. This is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

 

2.3 Partially Attended Sessions

No refund or partial credit will be granted for sessions that are partially attended, regardless of reason.

 

3. Cancellation by Magiklife

In the rare event that a session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (technical failure, facilitator illness, or force majeure):

  • You will be notified as promptly as possible via the contact details provided at registration.
  • You will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid or a transfer to the next available rescheduled session, at your choice.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

4. Rescheduling

4.1 By the Participant

Participants may request to reschedule to a future session of the same program, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the original session date. A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per registration.

 

4.2 By Us

We reserve the right to reschedule any session due to operational reasons. All registered participants will be notified and offered the rescheduled date or a full refund.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not include any convenience charges or service fees levied by third-party payment processors.

 

6. Misconduct & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other participants or the facilitator, including use of offensive language, harassment, or recording the session without consent.

 

7. Force Majeure

Magiklife and Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or failure to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, internet outages, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled and no penalty will apply.
