Scope and Acceptance
This policy applies to all programmes offered by Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Pvt. Ltd., operating as Magiklife ("Magiklife", "we", "us"), including programmes delivered by Priyadharshini Visweswaran. It covers cancellations, refunds, exits, payments and the use of programme material.
By making any payment, whether an advance, a full payment or an instalment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this policy. The version in force on the date of payment applies to that purchase.
General Terms (All Programmes)
No partial refunds
No refund, partial refund or credit is given for sessions that are missed or partially attended, for any reason, except as set out in Section 05.
No session splitting
Programmes are delivered as designed. Sessions cannot be split, moved to weekdays or rearranged for an individual participant.
Recordings
Where recordings are provided (BTTC, QTT, and DYA when the recording top-up is purchased), access to them counts as delivery of the session, whether or not the participant attended live.
Refund requests
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing through Magiklife's official communication channels, within the time limits set out below. The date the written request is received is the date used to assess eligibility.
Dissolve Your Anger (DYA)
- A DYA session may be conducted live or as a recorded session.
- The standard fee of ₹47 covers attendance at the scheduled session time only. It does not include access to the recording.
- At the time of payment, a participant may choose to purchase the DYA recording as a top-up, at the price shown on the website, along with the session.
- A participant who has not purchased the recording top-up will not receive the recording, whether or not they attended the session. The recording cannot be claimed later on the basis of the ₹47 payment.
Break the Toxic Cycle of Relationships (BTTC)
- A refund may be claimed only on or before Day 1 of the participant's originally scheduled 2-day bootcamp.
- A participant who attends both days is not eligible for a full or partial refund.
- A participant who misses their originally scheduled dates and later attends a different batch is not eligible for a refund, even if the request is made on Day 1 of that later batch.
Quanta Transformation Therapy (QTT)
5.1 Programme fee
The QTT course fee is ₹1,40,000. This is a single, indivisible, one-time bundled price for the complete programme of live and recorded sessions, bonuses and community access. It is not a fee per session. The full programme is valued at ₹6,00,000 and is offered at this discounted price as a one-time offer. Accordingly, no partial refund or fee reduction is given for partial completion, except as set out in 5.3.

5.2 Cancellation: advance payment

5.3 Cancellation: one-time full payment (₹1,25,000)
A participant who has paid in full may cancel on the following terms, counted from the date of payment:
- Days 1 to 30: a flat ₹20,000 is deducted, regardless of the number of sessions conducted. The balance is refunded.
- Days 31 to 60: 30% of the amount paid is deducted. The balance is refunded.
- Days 1 to 60: no cash refund is given once 4 sessions have been completed.
- Days 61 to 100: no cash refund is given. Instead, 50% of the amount paid is issued as a Magiklife credit, regardless of the number of sessions. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, may be used only by the participant or a member of their family, and may be used only towards other Magiklife programmes such as retreats. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- From day 101: no refund or credit is given.

5.4 Balance payments
If a balance payment or monthly EMI is missed, whether payable to the financial partner or directly to Magiklife, the participant will be removed from the QTT community until the payment is made.
5.5 Directors' discretion
Any exception to the QTT terms, and any dispute about them, will be decided at the sole discretion of the Directors of Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Programme Exit (All Programmes)
A participant in DYA, BTTC or QTT may ask to exit a programme at any time. An exit ends the participant's enrolment. It does not by itself create a right to a refund. Any refund or credit is decided only under the terms in Sections 03 to 05.
6.1 How to exit
- The participant must send a written exit request through Magiklife's official channels (admin@magiklife.com).
- To verify identity and process the exit, the participant must provide their full name as registered, PAN number and current postal address. If a refund is due, they must also provide details of a bank account held in their own name.
- Any identity document may be shared in masked and watermarked form. These details are used only to verify the participant and process the exit and any refund, and for no other purpose.
- An exit is processed only once these details are received and the participant has signed Magiklife's Programme Exit Agreement. Digital or electronic signatures are accepted as valid and binding under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
6.2 Refunds on exit
- Any refund due is paid by bank transfer only (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) to the participant's own bank account, within 5 working days of signing the Exit Agreement. Magiklife will share the UTR number.
- The refund or credit, if any, is the amount set out under the applicable programme terms, and is accepted as full and final settlement of all claims relating to that enrolment.
6.3 What happens after exit
- The participant's enrolment ends permanently and cannot be reactivated.
- The participant is removed from all Magiklife community spaces, including WhatsApp and Telegram groups and online platforms.
- Access to sessions, recordings and live events for the exited programme ends. Bonuses from a previously completed programme may be retained only if the Exit Agreement says so.
- Re-enrolment in the exited programme, or in any other Magiklife programme, event or retreat, is at Magiklife's sole discretion and may be declined.
6.4 Privacy on exit
Magiklife will keep the participant's personal information and anything shared during sessions strictly confidential. After the exit is complete, records of personal discussions are deleted, except records Magiklife must keep under law (including financial, tax and GST records), which are kept confidential and used only for that purpose.
Confidentiality and Use of Material
- All programme content, including sessions, recordings, meditations, worksheets and documents, is the intellectual property of Priyadharshini Visweswaran and Magiklife.
- Material is provided for the registered participant's personal use only. It must not be shared, forwarded, recorded, reproduced or shown to anyone else.
- Material must not be used for any commercial purpose, including teaching, coaching or resale.
- Any breach may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund, and Magiklife reserves its legal rights.
Changes to This Policy
Magiklife may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not apply to purchases made before the update.
