All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or such other platforms as communicated at the time of registration. Details of each program including date, time, language, and price will be published on the Website and may be updated without prior notice.

 

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3.2 Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway provider. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

 

3.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with session details after successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Session Conduct & Participant Obligations

By registering and attending any session, you agree to the following:

  • You will join the session from a quiet, private space to maintain focus and confidentiality
  • You will not record, screenshot, reproduce, or share any part of the session without explicit written permission from Magiklife
  • You will treat other participants and the facilitator with respect; abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the session without refund
  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device for Zoom participation
  • You understand that sessions involve guided processes, breathwork, and subconscious work, and you participate voluntarily

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and in all sessions — including but not limited to the names “Quanta Transformation Therapy” and “Quanta Therapy”, all course materials, session recordings, presentations, guided processes, worksheets, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Priyadharshini Visweswaran, licensed to Moldavite Life Mastery Ventures Pvt. Ltd. for delivery under the Magiklife brand.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Website or our sessions
  • Use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
